10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe may modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of our Service will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

11. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Canada, notwithstanding its conflicts of law principles.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAny disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (1985) as amended.
